This policy explains what information BM Consultory S. de R.L. ("BM Consultory", "we") collects when you use bmconsultory.com or contact us, and how we use it.
Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us: when you message us on WhatsApp, send an email or fill in a form, we receive what you share, such as your name, email, phone number, business name and message.
Usage information: if analytics are enabled, we use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate: pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, referring site and approximate location based on IP address. We do not record your screen or sessions.
How we use it
To answer you, prepare proposals, deliver and support our services, and improve the website. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the site and our business, under their own privacy terms: Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), Resend (email delivery) and Meta (WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your language choice. If analytics are enabled, PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in your browser so visits can be counted. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings, and we honor Do Not Track signals for analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and project information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@bmconsultory.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
International transfers
We are based in Honduras and serve clients in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
